We offer either a FULL-RANGE of packing and moving services options where we pack all your items into boxes or a HYBRID option where you pack some items, and we pack the rest.  Or we can just help you pack the glass fragile items like TVs, mirrors, artwork, lamps, glass tops or shelves, glass cabinets and dishes and glassware for a nominal charge.  We can pack almost anything.  If an item requires special crating, like a chandelier or an antique, we will recommend a crating service from a third party.  Packing is calculated as labor plus boxes and materials charges.

Piano Moving

We can move upright and baby grand pianos with or without stairs.  Only very experienced movers should move pianos as they are very heavy and need special handling.  We do not move GRAND pianos.  We recommend Tom’s piano moving for those.

Pool Tables

We refer you to The Pool Table Pros to prep the pool table for moving.  The felt must be removed first and the slate pieces need to be packed carefully as they are brittle and can crack.  Then we can move it and set it up at the destination.  Then you will need to have it re-felted and leveled by The Pool Table Pros once is has been delivered. This will cost at least about $700 overall and even more if you replace the felt with a new one. 

Gun Safes

We can move gun safes up to about 500-600 lbs.  We cannot move the very heavy steel safes that are 800-1200+ lbs.

Storage

Out of prior experiences observing all the problems with storing customers goods in moving company warehouses like extreme heat, bugs, cockroaches, rodents, bed bugs and theft, we do not offer warehouse storage.  Trust me on this one.  You never want to store your goods in a moving company’s warehouse!

We do offer to store your goods in a PUBLIC STORAGE facility of your choice which is much cleaner, safer, and secure.  We can advise you on the size of storage unit you will need, and you can locate one online and make the reservation.

We offer an option of leaving the furniture wrapped with the pads and shrink wrap while it is being stored for an additional charge.
